Loop Alleys

You walk by them every day without noticing, but every so often, Google Maps will tell you to hang a left on “Marble” and you’ll think “Marble is not a Chicago Loop street!”.  Then you’ll look up and see the street sign for Marble. So, Marble, Arcade, Garland, Couch, Court, Calhoun, Garvey, Benton, Holden, MacChesney… here you go.

If you feel worried about exploring the alleys, my experience was mostly delivery guys and people taking smoking breaks.  Lots of people taking smoking breaks. Encountered one rat.
